Enchanted Catering Services, LLC, based in Prescott, AZ, owned and operate by Matthew McGrew, graduate of Johnson and Whales University. Matthew has over 15 years experience working and running food service for camps, a few of our very satisfied customers include Arizona Cactus-Pine Girl Scout Council Inc., Camp Fire USA, Life Teen as well as Girl Scout Neighborhoods.

Enchanted Catering Services, LLC (ECS) is a cross between food service management and a small catering business. We are willing and able to assist in all aspects of hiring food service staff and extremely capable of training and ongoing supervision.

At Enchanted Catering we plan a variety of well-balanced nutritional menus or would welcome the opportunity to help create a fun menu to suite your needs. We love to go the extra mile when it comes to creating a special ambiance including the presentation of the food to fit the special request that we may receive. We also cater to individual diets, and will make every attempt to meet everyone’s needs.
